This contract service is a bus passenger transportation ticket and consists of the ticket, sales price, form of payment, boarding place, destination, travel date, departure time, seat number and other information which is ordered and sent to the e-mail address of BUYER.

4. VALIDITY DURATION
All information and promises made to the Consumer regarding the product or service contained in this form are valid until the service is realized and there is a warning after the service is not adhered to by the information and promises given by the Seller in the form of this contract.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contractual passenger transport ticket until 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the departure time and the departure time specified in the e-mail sent to the Consumer. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified in person, by e-mail or by telephone within this period. If this right is used, the ticket will be returned to the Consumer within the following 30 days. If the consumer receives a printed passenger ticket from any of the branches of the Seller, the Consumer may only use his / her right of withdrawal in connection with the ticket with the identity and credit card of the Seller in person.
If the vehicle is left for less than 24 (twenty-four) hours of moving time, the ticket is not issued. The ticket can be deferred until 12 (twelve) hours before the vehicle's departure time, in which case the Seller will be given an open ticket by the Seller. The Consumer can use this ticket to travel for 6 (six) months at the appropriate time on the same route. Ticket withdrawal can not be used if the vehicle has less than 12 (twelve) hours of travel time, no open tickets will be deemed invalid.
This pre-notification form will be passed on to the establishment of the Consumer Contract after it has been read and accepted by the Consumer in electronic environment.
7. AUTHORIZED COURT
Consumer; complaints and objections to the arbitral tribunal or the consumer court where the consumer purchases goods or services or the place of residence where the consumer purchases goods or services within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce every December.
